What is your return/exchange policy?

Return or exchange of items is allowed within 14 days upon receipt of the item. Item must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference. All shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.

Returned items will be evaluated before refunds are processed. Damaged pieces will be returned to the buyer.

How do I know my size?

It's best to measure yourself first and match it according to our size guide (posted on the product pages). In case you're in between sizes, it's best to size up for onesies. As for tops and bottoms, it will depend mostly on your chest and your hips. Important: It's normal to have different sizes for tops and bottoms so double check to be sure.

 If you're still not confident, you can shoot us a message and consult with our in-house stylist/designer/fashion extraordinaire. You can talk to her about your concerns and maybe even get a BTS song recommendation while you figure things out.

Why don't you have bigger sizes? Are you really inclusive?

Like you, we detest brands that don't walk their talk. From the very beginning, we wanted Sunki to be really inclusive. We understand the frustration of not fitting into the "free size" mold and it sucks. Sadly, we had to deal with some manufacturing constraints for our first collection, and this was the best we could do in terms of sizing. Creating plus sizes entails much more than just adding a few inches of extra fabric—it means producing new patterns entirely to make them flattering. Simply put, we did not want to put out plus-sized pieces that were half-baked. Rest assured, we are working very hard to make Sunki even more inclusive!

Are you actually sustainable? *raises eyebrow*

We came at a time when "sustainable" and "ethical" were becoming buzzwords in the same realm as cold brew coffee and Crossfit, and we knew it would be a challenge to prove ourselves. Of course, the last thing we want is to ride on another trend. While we acknowledge that we are not 100% sustainable yet (has any brand in the universe actually achieved this?), do believe us when we say that we're trying our best to make our operations as low impact as we possibly can. Moreover, we're constantly thinking of ways to innovate, decrease our carbon footprint, and help others live more mindfully and sustainably too. Why are your items priced this way?

While we’re a tad bit more expensive than your typical fast fashion brand, we want to make sustainability as accessible as possible and ensure that our pricing is justified. We’re not here to overcharge. Ever. We ran the numbers fair and square, and you can find our benchmark pricing (can vary per piece but this is the average) below.

We are also planning to donate a portion of our profits directly to an environmental or minority-focused organization. Stay tuned for this!

 How can I responsibly dispose of the packaging items?

Cassava bag: We recommend you reuse it as much as you can and in any way! One of our partners loves using it as a trash bag for her kitchen biodegradable waste. But if you want to dispose of it right away, you can just boil it in water until it breaks down to liquid and then throw it in your garden or compost pile.

Plantable seed postcards: Okay, we're hardly gardening experts, but we really do encourage that you plant our cards. Moisten it and leave overnight. Afterwards, plant in soil while keeping everything moist. Keep on spraying! If everything goes according to plan, it should sprout in a week. If not... well, we don't know what to tell you, girl. Welcome to the club?
